euthyne sync

Uploads receipts from the local queue. hook starts it in the background, so you rarely run it by hand.

• Receipts are uploaded in batches.
• On failure, it retries with backoff, from 1 second up to 5 minutes.
• A receipt counts as sent once the server returns its digest and log index.
• Sent receipts stay on disk for 7 days, then are pruned.

The queue lives under ~/.local/share/euthyne/spool/ and survives restarts.
